Shimla | Senior Congress leader and six-time Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time in less than 60 days. The doctors supervising him gave this information on Friday.
Rajneesh Pathania, principal of Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMCH), said, “Virbhadra Singh had fever. Testing was done, in which his report came positive.”
Singh was undergoing treatment for diabetes and kidney related problems at Shimla’s IGMCH for some time.
Virbhadra Singh had received his first dose of the vaccine on March 3. He was found corona positive on 12 April. After which he was initially admitted to Max Hospital in Mohali and later shifted to IGMCH.
